The only things to like about this hotel was it's location (30 minutes from PSU campus - was there for a weekend volleyball tourney) and the cheap price compared to other hotels. But hey, you get what you pay for.

Convenient location, and the front desk staff was helpful and professional. My room was clean and amenities sufficient. Bed was comfortable. This inn provides basic accommodations at a great price.

I love the owner. he is great guy to talk to and very kind and helpful. this is not really the kind of place I would bring family, this is a great place to stop if you need sleep or you are traveling and just need a place to crash. This was exactly that; a place to sleep.

The stay was economic, no bells or whistles, however the room was very clean. The staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It's a great alternative to expensive rooms in State College, 25 minutes to Beaver Stadium. I recommend for anyone looking for a basic room at a good price.
